it took one whole month for my belt to arrive. Two weeks it was held up by Romanian authorities. And the other two for the package to reach Europe. It's just insane. Kore has definitely no fault in this, other than choosing the absolutely shitty shipping method. I'm being that even they had absolutely no clue of just how awful and dezastruos economy shipping is. I would grade my experience even lower if I only could. Delayed.

The 2 heat transfers were folded in half, which made them both have a crease right across the center of the image. Now they're trash, because they don't lay flat and will buckle when I try to press them. They should have been better protected and laid flat between 2 pieces of cardboard to keep them from bending!!!Damaged. Unprofessional.
