O produto ao chegar no Brasil, o código de rastreio foi alterado. Eu não recebi nenhuma notificação sobre isso. Tentava com o código fornecido pela empresa, na alfândega, nos correios, mas não reconhecia o número. E para eu ter alguma informação, o código precisava estar certo. Pesquisei muito sobre o que fazer. Até que eu entrei no site da transportadora aérea, joguei o código, e lá me apareceu o novo código, somente assim consegui acompanhar meu pacote. Mas não recebi nenhuma notificação.Delivered on time.
