The envelope on the outside wasn’t sealed hardly at all. And the box that the device came in was half opened and smashed and then I tried to smoke it, and nothing happens so I charge it and nothing happens and I tried to contact somebody and nothing happens so I’m very disappointed.Damaged. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

I wish UPS specified it was left in front of my door then my mailbox. I almost got scared.
