The length of time for USPS and iooii Jeffc to pickup shipment after being notified and label was created was too long. The USPS should have picked up the package the day after being notified and it should have headed to its destination the following day instead of sitting at postal services for 2-3 days before being sent on. This is one reason why people stopped using the USPS because they delay mail to make it take longer to reach its destination. Junk mail seems to get through just fine.
