This is the second complaint I've had with FEDEX. This time the driver left my package on the first cement step to the entrance of my home. I came home from an appointment to see due to the weather my package was severely rained on! AMAZON and UPS both place my packages right beside my front door because there's a roof over the front porch. Your driver's purposely being an a**hole leaving my package out in the elements instead using common sense. This remedial employee needs to be trained again.Left in wrong spot.
