à refusé de monter à ma porte m a obligé à descendre en me menaçant de laisser le colis en point relais très mécontente !!!!!!Unprofessional.

The courier claimed that no one was home even tho, there was a person waiting for a package whole day. Didn’t even ring the bell. It would honestly be better to even save the trip and fuel and leave the package right away in the pickup point Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

le livreur n'a même pas pris la peine de sonner. a posé le colis directement au point relais, je suis sûre qu'il a fait un joli tir groupé. ce n'est pas ça le Job de livreur 🤨Left in wrong spot.

het is nog niet bezorgd. gls heeft het pakket nog niet ontvangen en toch is het al bezorgd!!! een wonder!!!!!!!Delayed. Poor communication.

Ich war den ganzen Tag zu Hause. Es hat keiner geklingelt. Jetzt ist mein Paket in irgendeinem Shop, der zu hat. Ich werde es nicht annehmen können.Poor communication.

Je n'ai pas reçu mon colis et je suis allé plusieurs fois vérifier à ma boite aux lettres, jusqu'à 17h et vous mettez qu'il a été livré avant 12h! je n'ai pas quitté mon appartement ! où est le cadeau de Noël que j'ai commandé ?

Le livreur a laissé le colis dans la boîte à lettres (suffisamment grande pour le recevoir)....RAS. Le produit était un peu fragile mais aucun soucis, il est arrivé en bon état. Rien à redire, et l'application plutôt pas mal, permet de suivre le colis....merciContacted before delivery. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.
