I was very disappointed with the condition of my packages. Both packages were heavily damaged and one was reduced to only a partial box. There was slight cosmetic damage to my brand new air hose reel and part of my air compressor air assembly kit is missing. I'm having to deal with Northern Tool now about trying to get some kind of satisfaction. The stuff that I had delivered is by no means inexpensive. I am very dissatisfied with FedEx. Damaged.
