had a huge delay and also they forgot to sent me a text message to pay the tax and I wasn't home so I had to pay over the phone which is an option I'd rather not use because it's not safe, when I tried to figure out why the delay was so long I didn't get a response from the company and the delivery service gave me a very vague answer. Delayed. Poor communication.
