They left the package in another house and now i lost the package. I really don’t know why they do that. Now I lost the package and my money. Left in wrong spot. Unprofessional.

Color pencils shipped in thin shipping bag, bag looked like it was dragged on cement. Multiple cheese grated holes exposing pencils tin with one medium size hole. Tin was bulged in one area and a few color pencil tips were broken. Hoping package wasn't dropped and broke cores.Damaged.
