Says it was delivered and it wasn’t. I came home to get it and it wasn’t delivered as reported

I never received it people just can't leave packages here in my building because they'll be stolen right away so if it's not delivered to me is I won't get it. I know it's hard to believe. but yeah I just live in a place where I can't receive mail unless you're here to guard it like a hound dog. so I don't know what to do $70 I lost
