I'm a 66-year-old lady and the driver couldn't call me on the Butterfly call box so I could let him or her in to bring it to my apartment door at least, but left it in the mail room I had to pick up those heavy boxes to put in my cart myself to take to my apartment. The drivers should be aware that this is the Senior Citizen Building, and not everyone can carry heavy boxes like mine. Unprofessional. Poor communication.

FedEx has a terrible tendency of throwing packages if they seem too heavy. Maybe consider having another driver so heavier items that would otherwise need a team lift are actually delivered as a team lift. Unprofessional.

Thank you for delivering the item in my front door. We have theft problems in the common mailroom and worried that my package will be stolen. I appreciate the driver for taking the time to deliver this package. Delivered on time. Left parcel in a safe place.
