package contained live animals. was not set upright, and left in a sunny location (shade less than 3 feet away. ) didn't ring the doorbell or give any notification the package arrived.
little lives were in their hands. it just makes me worry about using FedEx ever again for this type of package. Damaged. Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

My package was delayed; the message I received from Fed EX that was confusing and gave me very little info. My suggestion is to make messages clearer if a package is delayed.Delayed. Poor communication.
