The package was supposed to be directly signed for as it was something valuable. Fedex had laid it down in front of our door while it was raining with no knock nor ring of the doorbell. We do not know how long it was out there but dragged it in and attempted to dry it off. On top of that I received a notification that said I had paid for it later but again never did I meet the one responsible for it to sign for it. It did get here in one piece but was very concerning for how it got here.Unprofessional.
