I paid for fast shipping and I recieved my shipment late. when speaking to customer service they were very unprofessional/not understanding, stating that they sent out the item on time but the carrier(UPS) is the one who cased the delay. As a customer it doesn't matter who's fault it is, someone paid for a service and its your job as the company of origin to make sure the customer is happy. I paid extra money only to get regular shipment.Unprofessional. Poor communication.

Parcel was sent late but got here before delivery estimate, thank you guys SO MUCH!!! 💋 💋 Delivered early. Friendly service. Left parcel in a safe place.
