Sat here for two days and each time received a text unable to access. My window sits in front of the gate access HAYCOX is on the call box. Driver never called because it goes right to my cell phone. Only after we called to complain did a reattempt happen after two days. In alternate delivery address gave code access Unprofessional. Delayed.

not on time delayed because of an inch and a half of snow and then said again that it arrived today on the 23rd like it originally set but arrived instead on the 24th was left on a spot on the stairs where I could have stepped on it
