I received 2 packages today via USPS THIS WAS NOT ONE OF THEM. I did NOT pick it up at a local post office, or receive a request from in the mail box. I am rather confused as to how all of this is possible with the USPS Informed delivery feature I use daily. I would like my ordered items to be safe in transit. Not the case here at all. Unprofessional. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
