My package was supposed to be here on Monday and I got a message saying the address was incomplete, I had forgotten to add the lot number. I went to change it through the link and both links took me to a page saying the site was unavailable and it also said the package wasn’t even in my state the day it was supposed to be delivered. It says it was deliver today but it’s not in any of the mailboxes and it doesn’t say where it was delivered.Delayed. Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
