Slow shipping. Was packed in a box with styrofoam peanuts when it could have been sent in a padded envelope. It may have arrived sooner if it had been just a padded envelope instead of an oversized box just for a bag of twist ties. Seemed overkill on the packaging and underwhelming for the slow shipping. It was just a few twist ties!!! Not too happy with the service today, sorry.Left parcel in a safe place. Well protected parcel. Contacted before delivery.

I was very disappointed with how long this item shipped to my mother. No communication as to what the delay was. Very unprofessional. Delayed. Poor communication.
