Delivered on time. Delivered early. Friendly service. Well protected parcel. Left parcel in a safe place.

Package was delivered to a completely different address, and was left in the middle of a high-traffic bridge that crosses a river. Could have easily been stolen/damaged/lost had I not searched the entire neighborhood for it (location was over a mile away from my house.) Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.
