I wish all delivery companies were like this one. I wouldn’t change anything in their way of shipping and keeping customers informedLeft parcel in a safe place. Delivered on time. Friendly service. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel.

I have been trying to get help with my issue for SEVERAL YEARS!! I had a personal account with USPS, about 10 years ago, when I was able to drive and run my own errands. Often, I would leave home, then find out that a package was delivered, but it was ‘taken in’ by my neighbor. She would hold my deliveries ‘hostage’ for days! Now, I’m disabled and can’t leave home without assistance, so I no longer need the USPS account. I can’t get in touch with a LIVE PERSON to get this situation resolved. Left in wrong spot.
