Was delayed for multiple weeks past expected time of arrival, DHL had a lack of proper response until I was told that it had finally left the warehouse it had been stuck, after that the shipment carried on as expected. Package was delivered with no damage and was the correct package, no complaints as far as the store goes.Poor communication. Delayed.

After first two weeks, I tracked the order, one of the items has canceled because of some excuses. Therefore, I was responsible for tracing of cancelation, NOT company!. After one month, I had to pick the package up from the post office, while I paid for delivery in the final destination. I charged extra money (almost 6 eures), while the company mentioned on the website that the price is the final price.
