I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition in which my parcel was delivered. The box was severely crushed upon arrival, causing damage to the item inside. This indicates careless handling during transit. I request a formal investigation into this incident and an explanation from the courier responsible, as this level of service is unacceptable.Damaged.
