No sé me avisó de antemano que había que pagar un impuesto para que el paquete se enviara a mi casa, lo que resultó en que llegara casi 2 meses después de lo que debería

Wasn’t delivered at all I have a key to open mailbox and live on the first floor. The mailman been dropping off my mail to my door didn’t receive a package.Poor communication. Unprofessional. Delayed.
