Canada Post online tracking severely lagged their internal delivery and tracking system, telling me the package was delayed when in fact it was out for delivery. So I was out when delivery was attempted and had to make a trip to the post office to pick it up. The delivery standard date was Feb 22, but it finally arrived on Feb 27. Very poor and misleading and incomplete tracking resulting in inconvenient post office trip.Delayed. Poor communication.
