Parcel left in mail box in the sun, despite large label on front of parcel saying "LEAVE THE PARCEL OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR" and another saying "Refrigerate on arrival".
Unprofessional. Left in wrong spot.

My item was a couple suburbs from my home, and it was then sent nearly an hour away only to come back to where it was originally, was the delivery address not taken into account?Poor communication.
