Left my expensive mouse outside in the rain at my front door and app kept saying out for delivery when it wasn’t Poor communication. Left in wrong spot.

Horrible experience with FedEx delivery drivers. First guy refused to come up to my apartment, so he turned around outside the building and said "okei, delivery tomorrow" and he walked away with my package. Next day, new delivery driver, who I expect have been talking with the guy from the day before. He called me for half a sec, and didn't answer when I immediately called back. Failed delivery, nobody was home was the update I got. Coz of the holidays I didn't get my delivery for another 5 daysUnprofessional.
