appalling.posted to the total wrong address and had to get the police involved as the person it was delivered to denied having it..and she opened and charged it.disgrace

l am very unhappy.
l placed my order on December 2nd. It says my order was delivered successfully today 12/24 at 3:38 pm. Yet l don't have the 4 items that l ordered and l have 4 grandchildren that will not get a gift tomorrow for Christmas.
This is unexceptable since the order was placed, excepted and paid for at the beginning of December. I live in North Carolina and they were delivered somewhere in Texas which is across the country.Left in wrong spot.

Omg I love they came just in time and very satisfied with product and realistic color!!!!Delivered on time. Left parcel in a safe place. Contacted before delivery. Well protected parcel.
