UPS should've connected with me and advise on the delivery date and requesting to pay the duties before hand. They showed up at the door demanding to pay 3,000 AED, while I was away and family was not prepared to pay that much Poor communication. Delayed.

I was hit with a bill that required a check before it could be delivered. I had no issues with the funds, just annoyed at the last minute announcement. Unprofessional. Poor communication.
